Baked Spicy Catfish

1 TBSP cayenne

1 TBSP salt

1 TBSP lemon pepper

1 TBSP onion powder

1 TBSP garlic powder

1 TBSP fresh cracked black pepper

1/2 packet dry Zesty Italian Dressing

2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil

6 catfish fillets

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all spices together then add olive oil to make a paste. Add to the top of each fillet and place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Turn on broiler and crisp the tops of the fillets for 2 to 4 minutes. (Watch the fillets while broiling at the end…want to make sure you do not burn them) Serve.

Makes 6 servings

*This recipe can be used for Chicken or Shrimp; just adjust cooking times!!!
